Rhonda Brown is responsible for defining product development and quality assurance workflow processes that support CMMI products, coordinating CMMI Core Model Team work, and maintaining the infrastructure that reflects and supports the CMMI model architecture.

Professional Background

Rhonda Brown joined the SEI in 2004 following 15 years in industry as a software engineer where she developed microprocessor-based embedded system software for nuclear power plant instrumentation and control projects and real-time software for nuclear power plant simulators used in operator training.
