Key Responsibilities

Develop new and revised strategic and operational plans and agreements; Manage the partner life-cycle activities including initial contact, partner qualification, contract negotiations, and budget; Interface with the financial and business operations to provide oversight, control, and management of license funding; Implement and execute the operational plans and special negotiations as required; Identify the licensing potential of new SEI technologies and potential licensees; Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with industry, government and academia; Monitor executed license agreements for compliance and quality; Serve as liaison to the university and external licensing and transition community.
