Ms. Hart has been a member of the SEI's Acquisition support Program since 2006, bringing an extensive background in consulting, management, marketing, and engineering experience in the areas of IT, software engineering, process improvement, and technology transition. Since joining the SEI in July 1987, Ms. Hart served as Manager, SEI Computing Facilities where she was responsible for providing overall computing facilities and baseline computing support on multiple architectures and environments for SEI projects and functions. She later served in Product and Services for the SEI practitioner product line and provided staff support of SEI product marketing and technology transition activities for the Software Engineering Techniques Program. She was an account executive in the Product Integration Directorate where her responsibilities were with customers in the Department of Defense, other government agencies, and various industry clients in the areas of software and acquisition process improvement, team software process improvement, product lines, and software metrics. Prior to her present position, Ms. Hart was Manager, Process Improvement Partners in the Technology Transition Services Directorate. Prior to joining the SEI, Ms. Hart's professional experience included over 15 years with Westinghouse Electric Corporation in the Power Systems Business Unit in various positions with increasing management responsibilities in systems analysis and development, human resources, information systems and services, systems software and hardware, and computer facilities. She was Manager of CAE Hardware Systems Services, which included the operations, maintenance, and related services of computer centers and eight remote computing trailer sites located throughout the world. These computing centers provided engineering, graphics, business, and database support to over 800 internal Westinghouse users as well as external customers for the Engineering Service Bureau computers.
