Professional Background

Before joining the SEI, Larry served a career in the United States Air Force in a variety of software development, management and education positions. He served as Principal Scientist at the SHAPE Technical Centre in The Hague, Netherlands. He is the former Chair of the Computer Science Department at the US Air Force Academy. He has remained active in the education community through accreditation activities in ABET and CSAB.
