Steve Rosemergy is a Senior Member of the Technical Staff in the SEI's Acquisition Support Program. He has 18 years of experience in software/systems engineering and process improvement. His current work focuses on supporting government, civil, and intelligence agencies' technical programs and process improvement.

Professional Background

Mr. Rosemergy supports numerous government agencies and programs with engineering support and software process improvement expertise. He has contributed to the development of SEI methodologies, including frameworks for evaluating ultra large scale technical solutions, and tailored SEI training programs. Mr. Rosemergy joined the SEI in 2010, specializing in process modeling methodologies, process definition methods, training, and consulting. Before joining the SEI, Mr. Rosemergy was a senior manager in software and embedded systems research and development in Silicon Valley.
