Sandy Shrum is the Technical Communications Team Leader for Software Engineering Process Management program and has supported the communication needs of CMMI since 1998.
Professional Background
Before joining the SEI, Shrum spent eight years working at Legent Corporation, a Virginia-based software company where she became familiar with the software development lifecycle and processes. She has been working at the SEI since 1995 and has been part of the CMMI development team since its inception in 1998.
