The Acquisition Strategy Development Tool (ASDT) is a customized Excel workbook that was created to help acquisition planners work through the method and techniques. The ASDT is provided so that acquisition organizations do not have to develop slider bar templates from scratch. Use the form below to download the ASDT. Some notes about the Excel file:

• Instructions for using the ASDT are contained within the workbook.
• The ASDT requires Microsoft Office Excel 2003 or newer.
• Macro execution must be enabled for it to work properly.
