Process Maturity Profile - Download Instructions

Please note the following before downloading any of the Process Maturity Profiles available on the Web:

• Some documents on the Web are available in portable document format (PDF) version only. To view and/or print them, you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
• Depending on how the Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed and configured on your computer, you may or may not be asked to open or save the document to be downloaded.
• If you are not asked this question, the document will appear in the browser window. If you are asked and choose OPEN, the document will appear in the browser window.
• In all cases, you can print the document once it appears in the window.
• To save a permanent copy for later use or if you are having difficulty:
• Use your RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON to click on the document's link
• Select SAVE TARGET AS or SAVE LINK AS from the pop-up menu to download the document.
• Save the document on your computer where you can find it, taking note of the document's file name. Then use the Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the document for viewing or printing.
