Download the Non-Disclosure Letter and SEI Non-Disclosure Agreement
If the sponsor of the appraisal prefers to formalize the confidentiality of the appraisal being reported to the SEI, you can use the Non-Disclosure Letter and SEI Non-Disclosure Agreement.
The SEI Non-Disclosure Agreement can be used to report a single appraisal or can be set up to apply to all future appraisals at your organization.
The SEI Process Appraisal System: Record of Entry Web Form contains instructions on how to submit the SEI Non-Disclosure Agreement.
