Reporting Appraisals to the SEI - About
Reporting your organization's appraisal results involves completing and returning the following documents:
- The SEI Appraisal System: Record of Entry (SAS) form
- Copies of the required appraisal artifact documents for the specific appraisal method you are reporting.
