Obtaining the People Capability Maturity Model

The People Capability Maturity Model: Guidelines for Improving the Workplace by Bill Curtis, William E. Hefley, and Sally A. Miller was published by Addison-Wesley as part of the SEI Series in Software Engineering.

The People Capability Maturity Model (People CMM), Version 2 was released in July of 2001 as an SEI Maturity Model.
