About PDF Files: You need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader to view or print portable document format (PDF) files.

This software is free, available through the Internet, and runs on most computers/operating systems. If you do not already have the reader installed on your computer, click on the following link -
Adobe Acrobat Reader

Versions 3.0 and later of the Acrobat Reader are installed with a "feature" that will display the PDF files INSIDE your browser window. We would prefer to display our PDF files in the Reader's own full-size window but have not found any way to selectively turn this feature off on our side through a Web page. You can, however, turn this feature off yourself.

Alternatively, you can open the PDF file in a separate browser window by right-clicking on the PDF file link and then selecting "Open in New Window."
