If you are currently using the P-CMM in your organization or with a client, consider sending us a paper describing your experience. Please provide a white paper no longer than 10 pages in draft form to info@sei.cmu.edu. Your submission may be considered for publication on our website.

We appreciate change requests and insights shared by members of the community. We welcome your ideas about ways to update the People CMM model to reflect the best of current thinking and methods in workforce practice improvements.
