Distributed Project Governance Assessment

Managers of technology-intensive projects know that things beyond their direct control can pose significant risks to their performance. In today's world of net-centric applications, a management perspective that seeks governance across sovereign boundaries is called for. The Distributed Project Governance Assessment (DPGA) tool guides an organization to understand the external dependencies critical to its project's performance, the quality attributes important to characterizing adequate performance against those dependencies, and the associated costs and risks to its project.
