Improving and Sustaining Processes for Managing Operational Resiliency CERT Resiliency Management Model (Webinar)

WATCH WEBINAR

About the Webinar

Organizations can’t plan for every disruption. They need to be able to handle changes in their risk environment at a moment’s notice and with a predictable level of performance. Resiliency management is a process that helps organizations improve and sustain the maturity of their operational resiliency—the ability to fulfill their business missions despite disruptions such as cyber security breaches, regional infrastructure failures, and natural disasters.
The CERT Resiliency Management Model is a capability model that provides a foundation for a process improvement approach to operational resiliency management. It defines the essential organizational processes, related goals, and specific practices that are necessary to manage operational resiliency.

Rich Caralli, the architect of the model, will describe how an organization can use the model to establish its current level of capability in managing resiliency, set forward-looking resiliency goals and targets, and develop plans to close identified gaps. He will also discuss how CERT RMM can be used with other SEI models such as CMMI for Services to provide an organization an end-to-end process improvement solution.
