In this webinar Gene Miluk, a senior member of
the technical staff at the SEI and member of the TSP team, will discuss
the SEI's latest innovations in process technology. His presentation
will challenge fundamental assumptions regarding the implementation of
CMMI, actual performance and maturity levels, assumptions about the cost
and time required to improve, and expected actual returns on
investment. This presentation will describe how, by combining proven
technologies, SEI is defining the next generation of process evolution.
About the Speaker
Gene Miluk is currently a senior member of the
technical staff at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI), a unit of
Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pa. For the past 19 years he
has been working with client organizations undertaking software process
improvement, software acquisition improvement and technology transition.
He is an SEI-Authorized SCAMPI Lead Assessor, an SEI-Certified SCAMPI
High Maturity Assessor, a CMMI instructor, a Team Software Process (TSP)
instructor and an SEI-Certified TSP Mentor Coach. He is also a Six
Sigma Black Belt and a Certified SCRUM Master.
