Carnegie Mellon SEI and ESC Collaborate on SOA Migration Strategies

The Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute (SEI) announced today a strategic relationship with the Electronic Systems Center (ESC) at Hanscom Air Force Base to become licensed as an SEI Partner in the SEI's Service Migration and Reuse Technique (SMART). ESC is the first U.S. government organization to license the SEI's SMART methodology.
