April 9, 2010—At last week’s SEPG Conference in Savannah, Ga., the SEI Partner Network honored the first organizations to celebrate 15 years of partnership with the SEI. Three SEI Partners—Institute for Software Process Improvement, Integrated System Diagnostics, and Process Focus Management—began collaborating with the SEI in 1994 as “transition partners.”
“We’re proud to honor these Partners,” said SEI Partner Network Manager Lisa Masciantonio. “Every day, they help us achieve our mission: to transition the best software engineering tools and ideas to professionals around the world.”
The SEI Partner Network is a group of more than 400 organizations around the world that are licensed to deliver certain SEI courses, appraisals, and services. The Partner Network was created in 1994 to respond to the growing global demand for SEI technologies; today, Partners offer around 50 courses and services in performance improvement, software architecture, software engineering measurement and analysis, and computer security. SEI Partners are the only source for official SEI services outside the SEI. For more information, visit www.sei.cmu.edu/partners.
