The SEI is seeking qualified organizations to become SEI Partners for delivery of the Introduction to the People Capability Maturity Model (CMM) training course and SCAMPI with People CMM Appraisal Services.
Here are the requirements for becoming an SEI Partner for People CMM.
Your sponsored individual must attend the following courses. Individuals may attend courses offered by the SEI or offered by Partners.
Introduction to the People CMM (3 days)
This three-day
course introduces those who are involved in improving workforce
management practices or managing technical professionals to the People
Capability Maturity Model (People CMM), Version 2.0, its fundamental
concepts, and the value it can bring to organizations using it.
Intermediate Concepts of People CMM (5 days)
This five-day course introduces attendees to detailed People CMM
concepts, including the relationships among People CMM model
components.
People CMM Instructor Training (3 days)
This
course introduces those interested in becoming SEI-authorized
Introduction to People CMM Version 2.0 course instructors to details of
the People CMM and the Introduction to People CMM Version 2.0 course.
Sponsored individual must undergo a People CMM Instructor Observation
Your sponsored individual must attend the following courses. Individuals may attend courses offered by the SEI or offered by Partners.
Introduction to the People CMM (3 days)

SCAMPI with People CMM Lead Appraiser Training (5 days)
(required for applicants who are not current SCAMPI A Lead Appraisers)
This course introduces those interested in becoming authorized SCAMPI A with People CMM lead appraisers to the Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) method V1.2.
Sponsored individual must have 6 months of experience with People CMM (or current status as a SCAMPI A Lead Appraiser)
Sponsored individual must undergo a SCAMPI with People CMM Observation
