The SEI is seeking qualified organizations to become SEI Partners in the area of Software Engineering Measurement and Analysis.
As an SEI Partner for SEMA, you can provide the following courses:
Through the IGDM course, you will teach your customers how to define and use goal-driven measures to manage and improve software projects, products, and processes; establish a measurement program that is aligned with their organizations' business processes; define measures and indicators that support the measurement requirements of the CMMI Measurement and Analysis process area; and start and lead measurement activities in the context of software process improvement programs.
Through the IPPSS course, you will teach your customers a hands-on, problem-solving approach to data analysis to enable them to make more informed business decisions about project and process performance, quality, schedule, and cost. You'll also provide them with a toolkit of analysis methods and leverage industry best practices such as Six Sigma and Goal-Driven Software Measurement.
The DPPSS course takes a hands-on, measurement-oriented approach to product development—providing participants with a toolkit of analysis methods and leveraging industry best practices such as Design for Six Sigma methodology of DMADV and CMMI High Maturity.
