Code of Professional Conduct (CoPC) Review Board

The SEI Ethics and Compliance Program carefully investigates all violations reports it receives. To ensure integrity and fairness in CoPC investigations, the SEI has instituted a CoPC Review Board, which provides, when requested, an independent review of data and/or findings in a CoPC investigation. The Board is made up of representatives who were elected by their peers. Service on the Board is voluntary and members are not compensated by the SEI. Elections are held each year, with members serving staggerd terms.
