The SEI is seeking qualified organizations to become SEI Partners for delivery of the Introduction to the People Capability Maturity Model (CMM) course. This introductory course teaches technical professionals how to apply the People CMM within their organizations to help attract, motivate, and retain a talented technical staff. The practices in the model help an organization be an employer of choice and ensure that the staff has the competencies to achieve an organization's current and future business objectives.
