William Bail

Dr. William Bail works for The MITRE Corporation as a computer scientist in the Software Engineering Center. He is currently providing software engineering support to PEO IWS (Integrated Warfare Systems) within NAVSEA. Dr. Bail is also an adjunct associate professor with the University of Maryland University College, teaching software engineering, primarily in the Distance Learning format. His technical focus areas currently include dependable software design and assessment, techniques for software specification development, design methodologies, software measurement, and verification and validation.

Education: BS in Mathematics from Carnegie Institute of Technology. MS and PhD in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
