Elliot Chikofsky

Elliot Chikofsky, of Engineering Management & Integration, Herndon, Virginia has been a noted expert on software methods and tools since the early development of CASE environments, including PSL/PSA and Excelerator, and on reverse engineering. His enterprise architecture, acquisition methods, and tools clients have included the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), Air Force Research Laboratories, FAA, IBM's AD/Cycle initiative, and many industrial enterprises. He is secretary and past-chair of IEEE's Technical Council on Software Engineering (TCSE), president of the Reengineering Forum industry association, and teaches graduate engineering classes at Northeastern University in Boston and on the televised NTU network. Prior to EM&I, he was an analyst and consultant with Meta Group.
