Wolfhart B. Goethert
Wolfhart B. Goethert is a senior member of the technical staff at the SEI. He is currently working with the Software Engineering Measurement and Analysis Team in helping to bring measurement into software engineering practice within client organizations. He was a member of the Software Engineering Measurement team that developed a core set of software measures for use by the Department of Defense. He is a co-author of the Goal-Driven Software Measurement: A Guidebook.. His current primary responsibilities involve working with clients to incorporate measurement into their software processes.
