Becoming a Visiting Scientist
We have been fortunate to have been assisted in our work by a number of Visiting Scientists from the academic and commercial communities. Visiting Scientists come to the SEI for a period of time (usually 6 months to 1 year) and become core members of our team, participating in hands-on experimentation with technologies, team planning, customer interaction, and various transition activities. Visiting Scientists bring with them unique skills and perspectives that help shape the direction of our work.
