About Minneapolis

Beautiful, booming, and breathtaking Minneapolis, Minnesota serves as the host city for the 6th annual SATURN Conference. With stunning modern architecture, sparkling lakes, and a vibrant downtown area, Minneapolis promises to be an inspiring backdrop for the architecture professional community.

Known as the cultural capital of the Midwest, Minneapolis boasts a natural beauty and plenty to see and do.  Enjoy the city’s 22 sparkling lakes, savor delicious fare at top-notch restaurants, shop the city’s stellar malls and chic boutiques – including the famous Mall of America –, or enjoy the one-of-a-kind theater scene that sells more tickets per capita than any U.S. city. Minneapolis is also known for its iconic skyway system, which links nearly every downtown building, including hotels, shopping centers, entertainment venues and restaurants, via glass-enclosed walkways one floor above street level.
