As an attendee, you only need to sign up for tutorials (which will be held Monday and Thursday), and not presentations (which will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

What is an SEPG volunteer?

SEPG volunteers are attendees who serve as room monitors during the conference. In exchange for monitoring sessions and tutorials, which consists of overseeing evaluation forms and making sure the presentation room and its various technologies are in working order, SEPG volunteers receive free conference registration.

Can I bring a guest to the evening events?

Our Tuesday night reception will be open to spouses or companions of attendees, but they must register at the onsite registration counter as a companion.

What is the difference between a presentation and a tutorial?
Presentations last for 40 minutes, and tutorials generally run all morning or all afternoon. Because of the in-depth nature of tutorials and the need for an accurate registration count, you must register in advance for tutorials, which you can do on our registration site.

Will SEPG feature poster sessions again this year?
Yes, we will have poster sessions at SEPG 2006, with poster presenters available for discussion or questions during the Monday and Thursday breaks.

How do I become an SEPG volunteer?
