SEI Members Recognized for SEI Fifth Annual Members Awards Program
On Tuesday, March 18, 2008, Paul D. The SEI Member Awards was established to recognize and honor those members whose contribution, advocacy, and representation serve to enhance and promote the SEI Membership Program.

Aldo Dagnino was the winner of the 2008 SEI Member Award for Outstanding Contributor for his established and strong track record and professional reputation for innovative approaches to applying SEI technologies in industry. As Software Architecture and Technology Program lead at ABB,Dagnino works with development groups that create products, which are increasingly software intensive, to improve on the architecture of their systems.
In addition to his work at ABB, Dagnino also serves as an adjunct professor at North Carolina State University, where he teaches software engineering courses and also conducts joint research with faculty members at the university's department of computer science. Sen, an SEI member since 2004, has made a point of understanding the intent of CMMI and employing it in an innovative way at IBM to help the organization achieve high maturity and also sustain continuous improvement. Drawing on more than three decades of information technology experience, Hill brings expertise as a seasoned program manager and former program office director to his role as an instructor according to nomination form.
Hill was nominated for the award because he is a great advocate for the SEI Membership program and has encouraged many friends and colleagues to join.
