Exhibit Stand Rental Information

Exhibit stand includes back wall, side walls, table/counter, and stool. Any additional supplies and graphics will need to be ordered directly by the exhibitor from the supplied vendor. All orders must be placed no later than the week of 16 May 2011.

The cost for each stand is $2,000 USD.

Please refer to the renderings of the exhibit stands. The counters are 880 mm high x 950 mm wide x 500 mm deep. For any graphic needs, please note that the wall panels are 2300 mm high x 950 mm wide.

Thursday, 09 June 2011: 16:00 – 17:30 (must vacate area by 17:30)

Exhibitor Benefits  

  • Placement of your organization’s description in the final conference printed materials, which ensures your organization’s message is conveyed accurately to all SEPG Europe 2011 delegates.

  • One complimentary full-conference registration pass.
  • Additional passes for exhibit booth staff for $800 USD, which includes access to all meals, breaks, opening reception, and gala reception. Technical sessions are not included in this rate. 
  • Pre- and post-conference delegate lists (pre-conference delegate list will be provided after the early bird registration deadline of 06 May 2011). The lists will include only those delegates who have opted in to share their information with exhibitors.
