Registration is Open for SEPG Europe 2012
Reserve your place today for at Europe’s premier learning and networking event for process professionals. Your full three-day conference registration includes participation in the tutorials and technical sessions, attendance at all keynote presentations, networking opportunities during the refreshment breaks, lunch, and social events, as well as access to the exhibits starting with the Tuesday exhibit opening. SEPG Europe 2012 will not offer one-day or two-day conference registration rates.

When completing your registration, you may choose the discount code that provides the most benefit to you. Individuals are eligible for one discount only; discount codes may not be combined.
SEI Members
Your SEI Member ID number is your registration code. If you do not know your Member ID number, please contact membership@sei.cmu.edu
SEI Partners
SEI Partners will receive their registration code through the SEI Partner Network Newsletter.
ICSSP and PROFES Conference Delegates
Delegates of the ICSSP and PROFES Conferences will need to provide proof of conference registration to obtain the SEPG Europe discount.
IEEE Members
IEEE members should enter the registration code found in the SEPG Europe 2012 advertisement in the March/April 2012 issue of IEEE Software magazine.
AFCEA and ItSMF Members
Members of AFCEA and ItSMF should enter their membership number.
Residents of Spain
Residents of Spain will automatically receive the discount upon entering a Spain address in the registration form.
Students
Students will be required to provide proof of current enrollment with full-time status at an accredited institution. They will need to present their student ID and a government-issued photo ID at check-in to receive their registration materials. Students will be able to select a student rate package during the registration process and do not need a special code to access their special rate of $595 for the full conference. Accepted student poster presenters will be provided with a registration code that entitles them to a complimentary full-conference registration. Proof of current enrollment with full-time status at an accredited institution will be required when the student registers. They will need to present their student ID and a government-issued photo ID at check-in to receive their registration materials. Speakers
Accepted speakers will receive their registration code in their notification of acceptance.

Payment Methods
Cash, checks (personal and company), credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX), SEI charge strings, and purchase orders are all accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds must be in writing. Requests received on or before 12 March 2012 will be honored in full minus a $75 administrative fee. From 13 March 2012 through 7 May 2012, refunds will be 50% of the applicable registration fee. NO REFUNDS after 7 May 2012. Substitutions are permitted at any time and at no cost; however, written authorization is required and accepted through 25 May 2012 in order to update the onsite registration materials. If you cancel after 25 May 2012 and do not send a substitute, the conference materials will be provided electronically after the conference concludes. Registration fee payments are not transferable to other SEI events.
Permission to Photograph, Film, etc.
By registering, you grant Carnegie Mellon University ("Carnegie Mellon") and/or anyone acting on their behalf permission to photograph, film, or otherwise record and use your name, likeness, image, voice and comments and to publish, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, broadcast, edit and/or digitize the resulting images and materials in publications, advertising materials, or in any other form, and for any purpose worldwide without compensation. The taking of photographs and or videotaping during any session is prohibited.
