Rates for all hotels do not include 13% sales tax and a $1.75 per night occupancy tax. All of the hotels have the same cancellation policy: 72 hours prior to arrival, to avoid charges.  Only the Hilton Garden Inn provides a limited number of rooms for smokers. There will be complimentary ferry and shuttle bus service to and from all of the conference hotels and the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center, where the conference will be held. The schedule for this service will be determined and posted to the website early in 2010.
