Personas!

In our continuing effort to ensure that quality, innovation, and an exciting program of professional development and networking are the trademarks of every SEPG attendee's experience, this year we are introducing a new way to help you get the most from your participation. Personas, fictitious and fun characters created to represent some of the different user types within our SEPG conference community, will assist you in finding the sessions that benefit you the most. Are you a CIO, a high-maturity implementer, an in-house process subject matter expert, or an Agile fan? These are just a few of the personas helping you find your way to the best content for you! Look for the personas in the program guide at the conference.

Professional Development Workshops

In addition to our excellent technical sessions, we've planned Professional Development Workshops to round out your career development. These half-day workshops are dedicated to career development topics that are important to everyone in our field. The workshops are scheduled to begin Thursday afternoon and are worth sticking around for! They include

SEI Offers Discount on Certification Exams at SEPG North America 2010

The SEI will be offering discounts on qualification examinations for SEI Certifications at SEPG North America. Qualification exams are an important step in the process for gaining your SEI Certification. Schedule your exam at SEPG North America, and take advantage of this opportunity to stretch your conference dollars.

The following exams will be available March 24 at SEPG North America (exams begin at 6:00 p.m.):

•    CMMI Instructor Entry Exam
•    SCAMPI Lead Appraiser Exam
•    CMMI-SVC Certification Exam 
•    CMMI-ACQ Certification Exam
•    High Maturity Lead Appraiser Written Exam (requires prior approval)
•    High Maturity Lead Appraiser Oral Exam (requires prior approval)

In the event that testing session(s) are cancelled by the SEI,  all registered parties will receive a refund of their testing fees.
