During the registration process, you will be given a short list of personas (fictitious characters that represent different types of process professionals) and asked to choose up to two that most closely match your role and interests. Once the conference program is posted on our website and during the conference, you will be able to choose sessions that are targeted to your specific personas so that you get the most from your conference experience. When completing your registration, you may choose the discount code that provides the most benefit to you. Individuals are eligible for one discount only; discount codes may not be combined.
Your SEI Member ID number is your registration code. If you do not know your Member ID number, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
SEI Partners will receive their registration code through the SEI Partner Network.
AFCEA Members will receive their registration code through the AFCEA website.
Residents of Oregon will automatically receive their discount upon entering your address in the registration form.
Groups of all sizes can maximize savings by booking early. Depending on how many people register at one time, and how early you take advantage of group discounts, you could save the equivalent of four regular, individual, full-conference rate registrations!

Students will be required to provide proof of current enrollment with full-time status at an accredited institution. They will need to present their student ID and a government-issued photo ID at check-in to receive their registration materials.

Cash, checks (personal and company), credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX), SEI charge strings, and POs are all accepted.
Requests for refunds must be in writing (email is acceptable). Requests that were received by December 17, 2010 will be honored in fullm minus a $100 USD administrative fee. From December 18, 2010 until 11:59 p.m. EST February 18, 2011, refunds will be 50% of the applicable registration fee. NO REFUNDS will be issued after 11:59 p.m. EST February 18, 2011. Substitutions are permitted at any time and at no cost; however, we do request they be made prior to March 4, 2011 so that we can update the on-site registration materials. If you cancel after February 18, 2011 and do not send a substitute, the conference materials will be mailed to you after the conference concludes.

SEPG North America 2011 Conference Proceedings: The deadline for attendees to download the conference proceedings has passed. The conference files will be posted on this website on or around July 1, 2011.
