Reserve your place at the annual learning and networking event for process professionals. Join hundreds of your industry colleagues from around the world for four days of learning, networking, and exploring the city of Albuquerque.
Registration provides access to the mini-tutorials, tutorials, presentations, panel sessions, keynote addresses, special events, and meals (morning beverage service, lunches, and breaks) for each day that you are registered.
A full four-day conference registration includes participation in the tutorials and technical sessions, attendance at all keynote presentations, networking opportunities during the refreshment breaks and lunch events, access to the Exhibit Area starting with the Monday evening Exhibit Area Opening Reception and to the Conference Reception on Tuesday evening.

When completing your registration, you may choose the discount code that provides the most benefit to you. Individuals are eligible for one discount only; discount codes may not be combined.
SEI Members
Your SEI Member ID number is your registration code. If you do not know your Member ID number, please contact membership@sei.cmu.edu
SEI Partners
SEI Partners will receive their registration code through the SEI Partner Network Newsletter.
IEEE Members
IEEE members should enter the registration code found in the SEPG North America 2012 advertisement in the January/February 2012 issue of IEEE Software magazine.
Four Corners Residents
Residents of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah will automatically receive the discount upon entering an address from one of those four states in the registration form.
Groups
Groups of all sizes can maximize savings by booking early. Depending on how many people register together, and how early you take advantage of group discounts, you could save the equivalent of four individual, full-conference registrations.
Students
Students will be required to provide proof of current enrollment with full-time status at an accredited institution. They will need to present their student ID and a government-issued photo ID at check-in to receive their registration materials. Students will be able to select a student rate package during the registration process and do not need a special code to access their special rate of $695 for the full conference.
Speakers
Accepted speakers will be given access to registration through the Speaker Resource Center.

Payment Methods
Cash, checks (personal and company), credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX), SEI charge strings, and POs are all accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds must be in writing (email is acceptable). Requests received on or before January 6, 2012 will be honored in full minus a $100 USD administrative fee. From January 6, 2012 until 11:59 p.m. ET February 10, 2012, refunds will be 50% of the applicable registration fee. NO REFUNDS will be issued after 11:59 p.m. ET February 10, 2012. Substitutions are permitted at any time and at no cost; however, we do request they be made prior to March 4, 2012 so that we can update the on-site registration materials. If you cancel and do not send a substitute, you will receive a post-conference email with instructions on how to access the presentations.
Permission to Photograph, Film, etc.
By registering, you grant Carnegie Mellon University ("Carnegie Mellon") and/or anyone acting on their behalf permission to photograph, film, or otherwise record and use your name, likeness, image, voice and comments and to publish, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, broadcast, edit and/or digitize the resulting images and materials in publications, advertising materials, or in any other form, and for any purpose worldwide without compensation. The taking of photographs and or videotaping during any session is prohibited.
