Become a Sponsor

Conference sponsorships are the most prestigious way to stand out as a leader at SEPG Asia-Pacific 2009 and showcase your organization’s leadership in the Asia-Pacific process community. Sponsors benefit from a conference experience that promotes their organization to performance improvement and process management leaders from around the globe.

SEPG Asia-Pacific 2009 is the ideal venue to reach more of your best target clients, raise your visibility, and ultimately grow your business. To learn more about sponsorship, please contact Jay Douglass at jcd@sei.cmu.edu or +1 412-268-6834.

Sponsor Benefits

Pre-Conference
Sponsors will benefit from the visibility of their logo on the SEPG Asia-Pacific website and conference marketing materials:

  • Company logo and web link on conference website.
  • Company logo on Preliminary Brochure (if logo is received by May 29).
  • Company name or logo on email promotions.

At the Conference
The sponsor's brand will be highly visible during the three days of the conference:

  • Sponsors will receive an exclusive opportunity to display information about their organization throughout the conference. There will be no exhibitors at SEPG Asia-Pacific, so this is an exclusive opportunity only for sponsors.
  • Bill Peterson, Director of Software Engineering Process Management at the SEI, will chair the conference. He will acknowledge the sponsors at the opening plenary, on Wednesday, September 16 and at the closing of the conference on September 18.
  • Company logo will appear prominently on screen savers displayed on the main projection screen in all presentation tracks during breaks between conference sessions.
  • Full page ad in conference Final Program.
  • Company name, logo, and 100-word description in the Final Program.
  • Contributors may, if they wish, provide promotional gifts to be included in delegate packs, e.g. pens, notepads, etc. (subject to agreement with the conference organizers).
  • Opportunity to introduce keynote speakers.

Post-Conference
Your support, participation, and contributions to the success of SEPG Asia-Pacific 2009 will live on through your presence on the conference website for one year following the close of the event.
