When and where is SEPG Europe 2008 being held?

The SEPG Europe 2008 Conference will take place June 10–13, 2008, at the Hilton Munich Park, Munich, Germany.

The official conference hotel is the Hilton Munich Park. By booking your hotel within the SEPG Europe block, we are able to reduce the overall costs associated with producing the conference. These savings allow us to offer reduced registration fees and maintain the services that are included with those fees. Where will the exhibits be held?

The SEPG 2008 Exhibit Showcase will be held in the Hilton Munich Park, Munich, Germany, on the Ground and Mezzanine levels.   » Back to Top

How do I purchase exhibit space?

To purchase exhibit space at SEPG Europe 2008, go to Exhibit Space Registration. Spaces will be assigned in the order they are received. A floor plan will not be available until the conference.

You can purchase exhibit space in two ways. To purchase space electronically via our secure website, complete the online Exhibit Space Registration form. The online purchase site works with Internet Explorer and Netscape V6 or higher. If you encounter problems registering online, please contact WingateWeb at 866-902-5794 or send email to support@sepg08.wingateweb.com.

If you are unable to submit your credit card information online, or if you are sending a check or purchase order for your booth purchase, please complete the registration form online. Be sure to include all relevant payment information. Then print and mail or fax a copy to:

What is included in the exhibit space costs?

Each exhibiting organization receives the following:

  • One full conference registration valid for all four days of SEPG Europe. It provides access to the tutorials, technical sessions, keynote addresses, and meals for each day (continental breakfasts, lunches, and breaks). It also provides access to the Exhibit Showcase, the Grand Opening Reception, and the Gala Dinner.
  • Exhibit space (sold in 2m x 2m units, 4 square meters)
  • Pre- and post-show attendee lists
  • SEPG Europe 2008 conference proceedings
  • 50-word description of the exhibiting organization's products or services. If received by April 1, 2008, this description will be published in the SEPG Europe 2008 Exhibitor Directory as part of the Final Program
  • Direct link to your organization's website from the SEPG Europe website where exhibitors are listed
  • Exhibitor Showcase Grand Opening, Tuesday, June 10, 2008
  • Conference Gala Dinner, Thursday, June 12, 2008
  • List of conference participants, which will be provided after the early registration cut-off date.

**In order to allow exhibit personnel time to ready their exhibit prior to the show opening for the day, exhibit personnel will be permitted access to the Exhibit Showcase one half-hour prior to the hall opening. The hall will close promptly one half-hour after the close of showcase hours. Only registered exhibit personnel will be permitted in the Exhibit Showcase during these pre- and post- exposition hours. How do I register my booth personnel?

How do I pay for my exhibit space?

Payment must accompany all exhibit space registrations. Cash, checks (personal and company), and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Diner's Club) are all accepted. What are the exhibit set-up and tear-down times for this event?

Set-up will take place on Tuesday, June 10, 2008 from 13:00–16:00, and tear-down will take place on Friday, June 13, 2008 following the lunch dessert service, from 13:30–21:00.   » Back to Top
