Purchase Exhibit Space

To qualify for reduced rates, registration forms must be postmarked or completed online by May 2, 2008.

Registration forms must be accompanied by full payment in order to be processed. Incorrect credit card numbers and declined credit are considered to be non-payment, and registration will not occur. Even if sending a check or a purchase order, a credit card number must be entered in the online exhibit registration site to complete the registration. If a check or purchase order is not received within seven days of completing the online registration, the credit card will be charged.

No telephone registrations will be accepted.

Special Information for Exhibitors

This registration system accepts your requests for exhibit space rental, as well as the registration of your personnel. Here is the procedure:

• First: The person who is authorized to rent exhibit space will use the system and create the original request. If you have already created an account in the system through any participation (i.e. abstract submittal, reviewer application, or another registration) you already have created an account and should log in using the previously established user name and password.
• Second: Tasks will be assigned to each exhibiting company. The primary owner of the account will receive all exhibition correspondence. After exhibit booth purchase is complete, the primary owner can then register attendees for the conference and booth personnel. The primary contact will then be able to return to the checklist to find updates, such as exhibitor kit information and lead retrieval rental.
• Payment and lock-in: Your exhibit space request is not confirmed until it is paid for. If you are not paying online by credit card, then your payment must be faxed or express-mailed to us before we will process your space request. Exhibit space is assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis.
