Early-bird registration is available through 15 May 2009 at 23:59 U.S. Eastern Time. Register today at the online registration website. (Please note that registration for presenters will open in early April.)

Registering

Our registration partner is WingateWeb. The online registration site will work with Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Netscape V6 or above. Once you are registered, you may update your registration at any time. If you have difficulty with the registration system, you can contact the WingateWeb support team at +1 866-902-5794 (toll free from the U.S.) or at +1 801-617-0386 (tolls apply) or send a message to support@sepg.wingateweb.com. WingateWeb’s Technical Support is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 to 18:00 U.S. Mountain Time.

Payment Methods

Cash, checks (personal and company), and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Diner's Club) are all accepted. You may also use a purchase order or SEI charge string. All payments will be processed through the secure WingateWeb website that you’ll access when you register.

Cancellation Requests Policy

Requests for refunds must be in writing (email is acceptable). Requests received on or before 3 April 2009 will be honored in full minus a $75 USD administrative fee. From 4 April 2009 until 15 May 2009, refunds will be 50% of the applicable registration fee. NO REFUNDS after 16 May 2009. Substitutions are permitted at any time and at no cost; however, we do request they be made prior to 25 May 2009 so that we can update the on-site registration materials. If you cancel after 16 May 2009 and do not send a substitute, the conference materials will be mailed to you after the conference concludes. Registration fee payments are not transferable to other SEI events.

On-Site Registration Hours

The Registration and Conference Information Desk is located on the Conference Leavel near the escalator in the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague. You will need to check in at the desk to receive your conference badge and welcome bag. It is open during the following times:

  • Monday, 8 June: 15:00 – 18:00
  • Tuesday, 9 June: 8:00 – 18:30
  • Wednesday,10 June: 8:00 – 16:00
  • Thursday, 11 June: 8:00 – 16:00
  • Friday, 12 June: 8:00 – 16:00
