Reservations for the group rate will be accepted through 15 May 2009 or until the rate is sold out, whichever occurs first. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number. Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to the date of arrival (until 18:00 local hotel time) of the date of arrival or a cancellation fee equal to the full stay will be applied to the credit card. Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
