All SEI research artifacts are available to the research community under government-use license rights.  We can make our code and test data available. For example, we have a CoT (cursor on target) video data stream emulator that will stream CoT video to a connected URL on demand.

We are interested in collaborative relationships to make test data available to the research community.  If you have test data, transaction processor emulation, APIs, or other techniques that would assist Getting the Right Information, in a Comprehensible Format, to Warfighters at the Tactical Edge in their Time of Need, we need your help.
