Frank is a member of the operations staff with the Program Integration Directorate, where he focuses on bringing SEI technology and services to bear on some of the Armys toughest software engineering problems.
Professional Background
Before joining the SEI in August 2006, he worked for seven years as a corporate attorney for the international law firm of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Gates in Pittsburgh. He practiced in the areas of technology, intellectual property, general corporate, and commercial contract law. Frank also served over seventeen years as an Army Officer on active duty and in the reserves. He served as an Engineer Officer and Psychological Operations Officer in progressively responsible line and staff leadership roles in Germany, the United States (including the Pentagon) and a combat tour in Iraq.
