Overall management of the general area of Software Risk Management, which includes:
- definition of the Software Risk Evaluation (SRE) process for initial identification, analysis, and mitigation strategy planning of a project's software risks;
- stewardship of Continuous Risk Management (CRM), a discipline to define a project's steady-state process of identification, analysis, planning, tracking, and control of risks; and
- development and promotion of Team Risk Management (TRM), a discipline the management of risks between (for example) a customer and a supplier within a program.
