Professional Background

Bob Ferguson is a Project Management Professional (PMP). He has 30 years of software development experience in five different industries. For 20 of those years he was a development manager and project manager. He has been actively involved in software measurement since 1992. His experience includes real-time flight simulation, CAD/CAM, instrumentation, telecommunications, MIS applications and decision support systems. He also served as chairman of the Chicago SPIN (Software Process Improvement Network) for more than 2 years.
