Accelerating Process Improvement by Integrating the TSP and CMMI
Two U.S. Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) organizations integrated the use of the TSP methodology and the Capability Maturity Modeling® framework to progress from Maturity Level 1 to Maturity Level 4 in 30 months (less than half of the average time it has taken other organizations to accomplish the same maturity level progression). Using the TSP on the TaskView Project
