Call for Participation

We invite abstracts of approximately 300 words, describing papers, and presentations relative to experiences in transitioning and supporting TSP teams in commercial, military/government, or academic organizations. 

Abstracts should emphasize:

  • team performance, measurement, improvement, and benefits
  • how TSP has served as an enabler in your Process Improvement efforts
  • demonstrate the quality benefits to the project and product

Abstracts should fully describe the planned content and note the relationship to the conference theme High Performance Process.  All abstracts accepted will be for papers to be presented at the conference in electronic (PowerPoint) form.

Abstracts must be submitted no later than February 29, 2008 to Jodie Nesta.  It is required that all abstracts are accompanied by name of presenter, name of organization, short biography of presenter, and project data that supports the presentations findings.  Abstracts will be accepted only if sent electronically and only if all required information has been completed. Upon completion of the required information, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

There will be one presentation per day following each morning's keynote address dedicated to BEST IMPLEMENTATION within an organization.  An award will be given to the organization with the BEST IMPLEMENTATION project results.  The winner will be selected by the TSP Symposium Program Committee with input from the SEI TSP Team.

May 21, 2008: Papers submitted

June 27, 2008: Receive feedback from TSP Symposium Program Committee

July 28, 2008: Final Papers Due to the SEI

August 24, 2008: Final Presentations submitted to the SEI
