By making your hotel reservations within the TSP block, we are able to minimize the overall costs associated with producing the Symposium. Please use the TSP Symposium 2008 Group/Convention Code “CMU/SEI’s TSP Symposium 2008” when making your reservations over the phone.

The cut-off date for reservations is August 18, 2008. After that date, the hotel cannot guarantee rooms at the Conference rate.

  • Government Rate: $102 per night

    * Does not include sales tax, currently 12.02%

The per diem rate for government attendees will be available only to active duty or civilian government employees. ID will be required upon check-in. Retired military IDs do not qualify. Please contact the hotel directly to make your Government rate housing arrangements.
The Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa has just completed over $ 11 million renovations of the guest rooms, lobby, atrium and on site restaurant. It offers a business center, 24-hour fitness center, adjacent nine-hole executive golf course, Hertz rental-car service onsite, and complimentary shuttle service within a three-mile radius. Also, it has High-Speed Internet Access in all the guest rooms.

For transportation to and from the Sky Harbor Airport, taxi service costs are approximately $27 each way and SuperShuttle is available for $14 per person, each way.
