PSP and TSP Training

training image Executive Strategy Seminar
Managers and executives learn about the benefits of PSP and TSP in this course.

Introduction to Personal Process
Members of a software development team who are not software engineers (i.e., test engineers, technical writers, trainers, etc.) should take this course in preparation for participating on a TSP team.

PSP for Engineers
To be considered a PSP-trained engineer, a student must complete both PSP for Engineers I: Planning and PSP for Engineers II: Quality.

Managing TSP Teams
This course teaches managers how to get the most out of their PSP-trained engineers.

PSP Instructor Training
After successfully completing this course, students are authorized to use SEI materials to teach the PSP to others in their organization. This is part of the PSP instructor authorization process.

TSP Coach Training
Launch and coach effective TSP teams after completing this course, which is part of the TSP coach authorization process.

PSP and TSP Faculty Workshops
Each summer the SEI co-sponsors workshops designed to help faculty teach a software project course.

SEPM Certificate Programs
The SEI offers three Software Engineering Process Management certificate programs with PSP/TSP components.
