Description
The TSPi Faculty Workshop provides a hands-on learning experience with leading instructors from the SEI. It is hosted by the Software Engineering Institute and Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Attendees will learn from the experts and interact with other workshop participants as they learn how to transform software engineering courses by using the proven best practices of the PSP and TSP.
Who Should Attend
- Are you a faculty member or teacher who wants to teach the world's leading process technology?
- Do you wonder how to prepare computer science and software engineering students for the "real world" in programming intensive courses?
- Interested in meeting and interacting with faculty with similar interests?
In the workshop you will become adept at using the PSP for individual development and learn how to use the TSPi to guide student teams in developing quality software on predictable schedules. You will learn about these techniques and how to teach them by working in teams with other faculty on a case study project.
