    In today's complex and changing world, the interdependence of business and technology is prevalent throughout all government, non-profit, and commercial sectors. The Master of Science in Information Technology - Software Engineering Management (MSIT-SEM) degree program prepares professionals to manage within this dynamic environment.

    Hear firsthand from class members of the MSIT-SEM degree program in a panel discussion led by Dr. Phil Miller. Prospective students will gain insight into the program and how it can prepare them to become leaders in their organizations.

    The MSIT-SEM program is ideal for working information technology managers and is designed to be completed in three years of part-time study. Delivered mostly via distance education, the program culminates in a real-world capstone project.     About the Panel

    Dr. Phil Miller is a Senior Member of the Operational Staff at the Software Engineering Institute. Dr. Miller joined the SEI in 2005 and is responsible for the Mexican TSP Initiative and the MSIT-SEM program. Prior to 2005, Miller co-founded iCarnegie, Inc. a Carnegie Mellon University educational affiliate.
